Return Policy

An overview

I guarantee that every piece of pottery leaves my studio in perfect condition, ready for your morning coffee or evening tea. Unfortunately, things can sometimes get mishandled in transit and break. If this happens, don’t worry—your order will be replaced or credited. Any issues outside of this scope are not eligible for a refund. Please choose carefully when ordering, as I cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, once an item is unwrapped, its protection is gone, and shipping it back would likely cause further damage.

If you receive an item that’s damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Upon approval, the value of the item will be credited to your account. You may use this credit toward an item of equal value, apply it toward a higher-priced item and pay the difference, or request a replacement. I will always do my best to replicate your original piece.

Important disclaimers

  • Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of the tracking showing delivery.

  • Original packaging must be kept, and photos of the damaged piece with the box are required to confirm it was a shipping issue.

  • Once your order is delivered and unboxed, it becomes your responsibility to care for the pottery. Please inspect your package right away.

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for change of mind.

  • Replacements for broken pieces are only provided if all required steps are followed.
