Processing Time
Orders are packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days. If I’m away for travel, an emergency, or work training, a notice will be posted on the site with updated shipping timelines. If you place an order while I’m away and need it quickly, email me and I’ll do my best to assist you!
Packaging & Delivery
Each piece is strategically wrapped to keep it safe in transit. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times and handling are out of my control, but tracking information will always be provided with each order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges. Shipping is currently only available within the United States. For delays caused by weather, natural disasters, postal service disruptions, or other events outside reasonable control, please contact me. I’ll reach out to Mr. Weather Boy and let him know how unacceptable this inconvenience is.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return, replacement, or store credit. Claims must include photos of the item and original packaging. Once items are removed from the packaging and in your care, the Company is not responsible for damage.
